Purpose of chapter119 Purpose of chapter
The purpose of this chapter is to provide, in a way that achieves the objects of this Act, for strategic planning for improving waste management—
(a) at regional and individual local government level; and
(b) at state government departmental level; and
(c) at business and industry level.
