Queensland Consolidated ActsThe Industrial Commission or Supreme Court may grant an injunction, in terms it considers appropriate, if it is satisfied that a person has engaged, is engaging or is proposing to engage, in conduct (the reprisal conduct) amounting to--
(a) the taking of a reprisal; or
(b) aiding, abetting, counselling or procuring a person to take a reprisal; or
(c) inducing or attempting to induce, whether by threats, promises or otherwise, a person to take a reprisal; or
(d) being in any way, directly or indirectly, knowingly concerned in, or party to, the taking of a reprisal.
