Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) This division deals with some issues about the treatment of corporatised corporations as public sector entities and their officers as public officers under this Act.
(2) The purpose of the division is to clarify the application of this Act and to ensure this Act's administration does not detrimentally affect the commercial operation of corporatised corporations.
