Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) The Minister must prepare for each financial year an annual report to the Legislative Assembly on the administration of this Act.
(2) If asked by the chief executive of the department in which this Act is administered, a public sector entity must provide reasonable assistance to the chief executive to enable the department to compile information and statistics for inclusion in the annual report.
(3) The report may be included in the department's annual report.
(4) In this section--
public sector entity does not include--
(a) the Executive Council; or
(b) a court or tribunal; or
(c) a GOC; or
(d) a corporatised corporation.
