WHISTLEBLOWERS PROTECTION ACT 1994 - SECT 15
15 Public officer may disclose official misconduct
A public officer may make a public interest disclosure about someone else's
conduct if--
(a) the officer has information about the conduct; and
(b) the
conduct is official misconduct.
