284 Code of practice preserved

(1) This section applies to a code of practice made by the Minister under the repealed Act, section 41 , and in existence immediately before the repeal (an
"old code" ).

(2) The old code is taken to be made under section 274 of this Act (a
"preserved code" ).

(3) A preserved code—

(a) is taken to be effective without compliance with section 274 (2) or (5) of this Act; and

(b) may be varied or revoked under this Act without compliance with section 274 (2) of this Act.
