Nothing in this part applies to a worker who is—
(a) under the Corrective Services Act 2006 , a prisoner detained in a corrective services facility; or
(b) under the Youth Justice Act 1992 , a person detained in a detention centre; or
(c) under the Police Powers and Responsibilities Act 2000 , a person in custody in a watch-house.
