WORKPLACE HEALTH AND SAFETY ACT 1995 - SECT 64F

64F Conditions of appointment

(1) A member of the licensing review committee is appointed on a part-time basis.

(2) A member of the licensing review committee is entitled to be paid the remuneration and allowances fixed by the Minister.
