Additional amount payable if levy not paid
82 Additional amount payable if levy not paid
(1) A self-insurer must pay the Regulator an additional amount calculated as
prescribed under a regulation if— (a) the self-insurer is given written
notice of the amount of the levy; and
(b) the self-insurer does not pay the
amount of levy specified in the notice on or before the due date.
(2) The
Regulator may recover the amount of levy and the additional amount payable to
it by the self-insurer.
