WORKERS' COMPENSATION AND REHABILITATION ACT 2003 - SECT 73A
73A Calculation of the number of fulltime workers for local government self-insurers
To remove any doubt, it is declared that if a local government self-insurer's
licence covers councillors, the number of ordinary time hours worked by a
councillor is not to be taken into account for section 73(1).
