693 Cost of hospitalisation
(1) A gazette notice published by the Authority
for section 217 of the pre-amended Act and in effect immediately before the
commencement— (a) continues in effect; and
(b) is, from the commencement,
taken to have been published by WorkCover under section 217 of the amended
Act.
(2) A gazette notice published by the Authority for section 218A of the
pre-amended Act and in effect immediately before the commencement— (a)
continues in effect; and
(b) is, from the commencement, taken to have been
published by WorkCover under section 218A of the amended Act.
