Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) An amount taken or received from a worker in contravention of section 52 with or without the worker's consent, may be recovered by the worker as a debt from--
(a) the person who took or received the amount; and
(b) if that person was acting for the worker's employer in taking or receiving the money--the worker's employer.
(2) A worker is not entitled to recover the amount more than once.
