Additional financial reporting requirements
461 Additional financial reporting requirements
(1) As soon as practicable
after the end of each financial year, WorkCover must give the Minister a
report stating the extent to which WorkCover is fully funded.
(2) WorkCover
must seek the advice of an appropriately qualified actuary in preparing the
report.
