405 Draft statement of corporate intent
(1) WorkCover’s board must
prepare, and submit to the Minister for the Minister’s agreement, a draft
statement of corporate intent not later than 2 months before the start of each
financial year.
(2) The board and the Minister must endeavour to reach
agreement on the draft statement as soon as possible and, for a draft
statement of corporate intent for a financial year, in any case not later than
the start of the financial year.
