208 Application and object of ch 4
(1) This chapter applies if a worker
sustains an injury for which compensation under chapter 3 is payable.
(2) The
object of this chapter is to provide for appropriate medical treatment,
hospitalisation and rehabilitation of the worker.
(3) This section is subject
to part 5A .
