This section applies if a worker sustains an injury that results in a DPI of
30% or more.
(2) The worker is entitled to additional lump sum compensation
of no more than 216.15 times QOTE for the injury, payable according to a
graduated scale prescribed under a regulation.
(3) However, the worker is not
