(3) However,
if the worker satisfies the insurer that the worker’s incapacity resulting
from the injury for which the compensation is payable is permanent, the worker
is entitled to a redemption payment in an amount agreed between the insurer
and the worker.
(4) Subsection (2) does not apply to compensation under
chapter 4A .
