(a) an insurer has paid
compensation under this Act to, or on account of, a person; and
(b)
subsequently payment (by whatever name called) that corresponds to
compensation under this Act is made to, or on account of, the person under an
entitlement under another law for the injury.
(2) The insurer may recover the
amount paid as compensation under this Act from the person to whom, or on
whose account, it was paid.
(3) However, if the payments made to, or on
account of, the person under the other law correspond only to compensation
under chapter 4A , subsection (2) applies only to the extent of compensation
paid under chapter 4 or 4A .
