Metering contractor’s identity card
974 Metering contractor’s identity card
(1) The chief executive must give each metering contractor an identity card.
(2) The identity card must— (a) contain a recent photo of the metering
contractor; and
(b) be signed by the metering contractor; and
(c) identify
the person as a metering contractor under this Act; and
(d) state an expiry
date.
