When appeal may be made to Land Court
972B When appeal may be made to Land Court
(1) This section applies if—
(a) a person makes a development application or
change application, other than a minor change application, relating to
operational work for taking or interfering with water; and
(b) the
operational work is for, or relates to, an activity authorised under the
Mineral Resources Act 1989; and
(c) the person has applied under the
Mineral Resources Act 1989for authorisation to carry out the activity.
(2)
Despite the Planning Act , chapter 6 , the person may appeal against a
decision on the application to the Land Court.
