Who may apply for internal review
(1) An interested person may apply for a review (an
"internal review" ) of an original decision mentioned in— (a) section 851
(1) —to the chief executive (the
"reviewer" ); or
(b) section 851 (3) —to the chief executive officer of the
category 2 water authority (also the
"reviewer" ).
(2) The application must be— (a) in the approved form; and
(b) supported by enough information to enable the reviewer to decide the
application.
