756 Failure to help authorised officer
(1) A person required to give reasonable help under section 755(3) (h) must
comply with the requirement, unless the person has a reasonable excuse.
Penalty—
Maximum penalty—200 penalty units.
(2) If the requirement
is to be complied with by an individual giving information, or producing a
document, it is a reasonable excuse for the individual not to comply with the
requirement that complying with the requirement might tend to incriminate the
individual.
