Appointment and qualifications of authorised officers
739 Appointment and qualifications of authorised officers
(1) The chief executive or the office (each an
"appointor" ) may appoint a person as an authorised officer.
(2) The
appointor may appoint a person as an authorised officer only if, in the
appointor’s opinion, the person has the necessary expertise or experience to
be an authorised officer.
