Key objectives of category 1 water authority
640 Key objectives of category 1 water authority
(1) Under commercialisation, the key objectives of a category 1 water
authority are to be—
(a) commercially successful in carrying on its
activities; and
(b) efficient and effective in providing goods and delivering
its services, including things done as community service obligations.
(2) The
commercial success, efficiency and effectiveness of a category 1 water
authority are to be measured against its financial and non-financial
performance targets stated in its performance plan.
