Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) In preparing the final water resource plan, the Minister must consider all properly made submissions about the draft plan.
(2) A final water resource plan does not have effect until it has been approved by the Governor in Council.
(3) A final water resource plan is--
(a) subordinate legislation for the Statutory Instruments Act 1992; and
(b) a water resource plan for the plan area.
