Appointment of manager
464 Appointment of manager
(1) The manager is appointed on a full-time basis by the Governor in Council.
(2) Subject to sections 469 and 472 , the manager is employed under the
Public Sector Act 2022 as if the manager were a senior executive.
(3)
However, despite the Public Sector Act 2022 , the manager can be removed from
office only by the Governor in Council.
