A resource tenure holder given a direction under section 451 must comply with the direction unless the holder has a reasonable excuse.
Penalty—Maximum penalty—1,665 penalty units.
Note—If a corporation commits an offence against this provision, an executive officer of the corporation may be taken, under section 828 , to have also committed the offence.
