428 Calling conference
(1) If a conference election notice is given requesting a conference, the
chief executive must direct an authorised officer to conduct the conference.
(2) The authorised officer must, by notice, ask the parties to attend a
conference to negotiate a resolution of the dispute.
(3) The notice must
state what the subject of the conference is and when and where it will be
held.
