Chief executive may make guidelines
413 Chief executive may make guidelines
(1) The chief executive may make guidelines about the minimum requirements for
undertaking a bore assessment.
(2) Before making the guidelines, the chief
executive may consult with the entities the chief executive considers
appropriate.
(3) The chief executive must publish the guidelines on a
Queensland Government website.
