WATER ACT 2000 - SECT 383
Submissions summary
(1) The responsible entity must, before giving the chief executive an
underground water impact report or final report under this part— (a)
consider each properly made submission about the report; and
(b) prepare a
summary of the submissions (a
"submissions summary" ).
(2) The submissions summary must summarise— (a)
the properly made submissions about the report; and
(b) how the responsible
entity addressed the submissions; and
(c) any changes the responsible entity
has made to the report because of the submissions.
