355 Consultation for draft water security program
(1) In preparing the draft water security program, the designated water
security entity must make reasonable endeavours to consult with each of the
designated water security entity’s customers likely to be affected by the
water security program.
(2) A failure to comply with subsection (1) does not
invalidate or otherwise affect the program.
