Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) If the Minister is satisfied a moratorium notice should have effect for more than 1 year, the Minister must review the notice within 1 year after the day the notice was published and during each year the notice has effect.
(2) If, on the review, the Minister is satisfied the notice should be amended, the Minister must amend the notice.
