Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) This section applies if, when a water supply emergency regulation (the original regulation) is made, it is not practicable to state, for each of the measures directed to be carried out and each of the outcomes directed to be achieved, all of the matters mentioned in section 25C(2)(a) to (e).
(2) The Minister must consult with the Treasurer about the matters.
(3) As soon as practicable after the original regulation is made, it must be amended to state the matters.
