Royalty or price for State quarry material
240 Royalty or price for State quarry material
(1) For State quarry material removed under an allocation notice, royalty at
the rate prescribed by regulation or the price set for the sale is payable to
the State in the way and at the times prescribed under the regulation or the
sale.
(2) Royalty or the price payable and not paid is a debt due to the
State.
(3) A person who fails to pay the royalty or the price payable commits
an offence against this Act.
Penalty—
Maximum penalty for subsection
(3) —50 penalty units.
