219 Additional information may be required
(1) The chief executive may require—
(a) the applicant to give additional
information about the application, including, for example, a statement of
environmental effects; or
(b) any information included in the application, or
any additional information required under paragraph (a) , to be verified by
statutory declaration.
(2) If the applicant fails, without reasonable excuse,
to comply with the requirement within the reasonable time stated in the
requirement, the application lapses.
