Dealing with water allocations granted or dealt with through fraud
165 Dealing with water allocations granted or dealt with through fraud
(1) Subsection (2) applies if a water allocation was granted, or dealt with or
recorded on the water allocations register, in consequence of a false or
misleading representation or declaration, made either orally or in writing.
(2) The Supreme Court may make the order it considers just to deal with the
water allocation.
