Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) If a provision of the Property Law Act 1974 refers to the Land Title Act 1994, or land, the reference is, if the context permits, taken to be a reference to the Land Title Act 1994, as applied by this Act, or a water allocation.
(2) The following sections of the Valuation of Land Act 1944 apply as if a reference to land or a parcel of land includes a reference to a water allocation and a reference to the land registry includes a reference to the water allocations registry--
