137 Applying for water permit
(1) A person may apply for a water permit for taking water for an activity.
(2) At the time the application is made, the activity, must have a reasonably
foreseeable conclusion date.
(3) The application must be— (a) made to the
chief executive in the approved form; and
(b) supported by sufficient
information to enable the chief executive to decide the application; and
(c)
accompanied by the fee prescribed by regulation.
