Interim resource operations licences and interim water allocations
1271 Interim resource operations licences and interim water allocations
(1) This section applies if, before the commencement, interim resource
operations licences or interim water allocations under chapter 2, part 5 (as
in force at any relevant time) have not been converted or replaced.
(2)
Chapter 2, part 5 of the unamended Act continues to apply, after the
commencement, until the interim resource operations licences or interim water
allocations have been converted or replaced.
