Submissions made to Minister under unamended Act
1255 Submissions made to Minister under unamended Act
(1) This section applies if— (a) a person or other entity has, before the
commencement, made a submission to the Minister under the unamended Act; and
(b) the process relating to the submission has not been completed before the
commencement.
(2) The submission must be dealt with under the unamended Act
after the commencement.
