Particular underground water impact reports taken to have been given by the office
1231 Particular underground water impact reports taken to have been given by
the office
(1) This section applies to an underground water impact report that was,
before the commencement— (a) given to the chief executive by the former
commission under section 370; and
(b) approved by the chief executive under
section 385(1).
(2) The underground water impact report is taken to have been
given to the chief executive by the office.
