(1) This section applies until a regulation is first made under section 344 to
prescribe the desired level of service objectives for water security for the
SEQ region or part of the SEQ region.
(2) The system operating plan as in
effect on 31 December 2012 continues to have effect for the SEQ region.
(3)
Each entity to which the system operating plan applies must ensure the plan is
complied with to the extent it applies to the entity.
(4) In this section—
"system operating plan" means the system operating plan for the SEQ region
made under previous chapter 2A, part 5, division 2.
