86 Application for shooting club permit
(1) Application may be made to an authorised officer to grant a shooting club
permit to a shooting club.
(2) The shooting club permit may only be granted
to a shooting club whose primary purpose is to conduct the sport of target
shooting.
(3) The application must— (a) be in the approved form; and
(b)
provide the further particulars reasonably required by the authorised officer;
and
(c) be accompanied by the fee prescribed by regulation.
