WEAPONS ACT 1990 - SECT 27

27 Surrender of licence

(1) A licensee may surrender the licence by--

(a) giving written notice of surrender; and
(b) surrendering the licence.

(2) The notice must be given and the licence surrendered to an authorised officer or officer in charge of police.
