Queensland Consolidated ActsFor performing its functions, the board has all the powers of an individual, and may, for example, do the following--
(a) enter into contracts;
(b) acquire, hold and dispose of property;
(c) appoint agents and attorneys;
(d) engage consultants;
(e) charge for services and facilities it supplies;
(f) do anything else necessary or convenient to be done for, or in connection with, the performance of its functions.
