VETERINARY SURGEONS ACT 1936 - SECT 4A

4A Board's relationship with the State

(1) The board--

(a) represents the State; and
(b) is part of the department for the Financial Accountability Act 2009.

(2) Without limiting subsection (1)(a), the board has all the privileges and immunities of the State.
