Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated ActsAny person who wilfully makes or causes to be made any false entry in or falsification of the register, and any person who wilfully procures or attempts to procure himself, herself or any other person to be registered under this Act by making or producing, or causing to be made or produced, any false or fraudulent representation or declaration, either verbally or in writing, and any person aiding or assisting therein, is guilty of an offence punishable, on conviction, by a penalty of 20 penalty units.
