VETERINARY SURGEONS ACT 1936 - SECT 25K

(1) The board must, as soon as practicable after making a decision under section 25J(3), give the approval holder an information notice.

(2) The decision takes effect on--

(a) the day the notice is given; or

(b) if a later day is stated in the notice--the stated day.
