Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) A person may apply to the board for approval to use premises as veterinary premises.
(2) The application must be--
(a) in the approved form; and
(b) supported by enough information to enable the board to decide the application; and
(c) accompanied by the fee prescribed under a regulation.
