Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) Where the board removes the name of any person from a register kept pursuant to this Act, the name of that person shall not be again entered on the register except by direction of the board or by order of a judge of the District Court at Brisbane.
(2) The board may if it thinks fit in any case restore to a register kept pursuant to this Act any name removed therefrom by order of a judge of the District Court or of the tribunal without payment of fee or on payment of such fee, not exceeding the registration fee, as the board may direct.
